If you already deposited ETH into OKOK contract correctly, but in target chain you do not receive ETH, your money must be safe, no need to worry. OKOK teams will process this as soon as possible. So just post your question and wait with patience.
Refund rule: 24 hours later, if your ETH do not reach target chain, we will refund all your deposited ETH without charging any fee.
